Terms and conditions: This competition commences on 21 October 2010 and ends on 30 November 2010. Entry into the competition will be automatic, using the customer details and actual purchasing data on the SAP CRM system. Customers will receive an entry into the draw when they purchase any new Bob Martin Prime Cuts Cat Food from any Makro store. All customers are eligible to enter the competition on the condition that they are a permanent resident in South Africa, over the age of 18 years and have ensured that their complete, accurate and up to date name, contact telephone number and South African identity number are captured and appear on the Makro CRM system. 14 lucky winners will each receive a R1000 Makro Gift Card. Prize/s are not transferrable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item. Non-compliance of the rules will result in the winner forfeiting the prize, and a new winner being drawn. The winners will be drawn randomly on 7 December 2010 and will be notified telephonically by Makro Head Office on 14 December 2010. If we are unable to contact you after 1 (one) month, we reserve the right to re-draw a new winner. Winners must collect their prize from a Makro store. The winners agree to the publication of their name and image in the print and electronic media, and to appear in person on radio and/or television, if Makro so requests. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the competition judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Makro and the supplier reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Makro or Bob Martin reasonably deems necessary. Directors, members, partners, employees or agents of, or consultants or service providers to Makro, or Bob Martin if applicable or marketing production supplier; or the spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of such a person are excluded from entering this competition.
