There was an isolated incident when the braai fell against a consumer’s leg and a sharp corner/edge caused a cut.
As there may be more of these braais in the market with sharp edges or corners we have removed the product from sale and issued a voluntary recall notice advising customers to return the product for a full refund.
Together with our manufacturer we are in the process of re-engineering the product to eliminate the possibility of a reoccurrence of the incident. |
