terms and conditions: This competition commences on 15 July 2010 and ends on 15 September 2010. Entry is automatic. All customers are eligible to enter the competition on the condition that they are a permanent resident in South Africa, over the age of 18 years and have ensured that their complete, accurate and up to date name, contact telephone number and South African identity number are captured and appear on the Makro CRM system. Two (2) lucky winners will each receive a Vuka scooter valued at R15000. Prize/s are not transferrable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item. Non-compliance of the rules will result in the winner forfeiting the prize, and a new winner being drawn. The winners will be drawn randomly on 22 September 2010 and will be notified telephonically on 29 September 2010. If we are unable to contact you after 1 (one) month, we reserve the right to re-draw a new winner. Winners must collect their prize from a Makro store. The winners agree to the publication of their name and image in the print and electronic media, and to appear in person on radio and/or television, if Makro so requests. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the competition judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
