Please note that this service is for ordering products only. These products are not currently being sold in-store due to limited floor space. You can place an order here or you can contact your nearest store to place an order in-store.

A 20% deposit is required to process your order. A salesperson will contact you to arrange this. It can take between 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the supplier’s stock situation, for your special order to be delivered to your nearest Makro store. Once it’s delivered, the salesperson will contact you to come and collect your product and to pay for the remaining balance.

If we still run out of stock, we will attempt to obtain the stock or we will offer you a reasonable alternative. Makro takes utmost care to ensure that all advertisements are correct.
