As a Makro cardholder you earn rewards every time you Purchase a case of any of the following brands: Castle Lite, MGD, Grolsch or Peroni in 330ml, 340ml & 450ml Bottles or 330ml, 440ml & 500ml cans. 10 rewards will be earned for every one case purchased.

Terms & Conditions:  1. This rewards programme is organised by "Makro" which refers to Masstores (Pty) Limited, trading as Makro SA (registration number: 1991/006805/07) and The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited (registration number 1998/006375/07) (collectively, “Promoters”). 2. The rewards programme commences on 1 March 2013 and ends on 31 May 2013 (these dates being the earliest and the latest dates for purchases that will be converted into points in the rewards programme respectively) 3. All Makro customers are eligible to take part in the rewards programme provided that: o They are over the age of 18; o They are in possession of a valid South African ID book; and o Their complete, accurate and up to date email address or cell phone number is captured on the Makro SAP Customer Relationship Management system ("SAP CRM system").4.  Entry into the rewards programme is automatic, using the customer details and actual purchasing data on the SAP CRM system. 5. Customers will receive rewards when they purchase a case of any of the following brands: Castle Lite, MGD, Grolsch or Peroni in 330ml, 340ml & 450ml Bottles or 330ml, 440ml & 500ml cans. 10 rewards will be earned for every one case purchased. 6. Only customers who have earned 30 rewards or more qualify to place an order during the redeeming period. A maximum of 120 rewards per customer is permitted. 7. Rewards earned on one brand may not be redeemed against another. 8. Prize details for rewards redeemed: i. Castle Light prizes include a Castle Lite cooling flask for 30 rewards earned, a Castle Light cooler chair for 60 rewards earned, and a Castle Light can cooler for 120 rewards earned. ii. MGD prizes include an MGD ice bucket for 30 rewards earned, an MGD backpack for 60 rewards earned, and an MGD boom box sling bag for 120 rewards earned. iii. Grolsch prizes include a Grolsch cooler bag for 30 rewards earned, a Grolsch kit bag for 60 rewards earned, and a Grolsch laptop trolley bag for 120 rewards earned. iv. Peroni prizes include 6 Peroni 300ml glasses for 30 rewards earned, Peroni kit bag for 60 rewards earned, and a Peroni retro cooler with bottle opener for 120 rewards earned. 9. The accumulated points will be communicated via email or sms.10. Only customers who place an order during the redeeming period will receive their chosen prizes. No late orders will be accepted. 11. Prizes will be available for collection at the end of the promotion, and must be collected from the nominated Makro store, within 60 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prizes being forfeited and sent back to the supplier.12. The prizes are not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item. 13. Unless we state a specific limitation, Makro will attempt to have sufficient advertised prizes available to meet consumers' anticipated demands. If we still run out of prizes, we will attempt to obtain the stock or we will offer you a reasonable alternative. 14. Although care has been taken to make sure that the prize/s is/are of good quality, no warranties are given and customers agree to accept the prize/s "as is". Subject to applicable law, customers indemnify Promoters against any damages of whatsoever nature suffered, howsoever occurring, as a result of participation in this rewards programme. 15. Purchasing data will be based on the net purchases of full cases, after returns have been deducted. 16. It is each customer's responsibility to ensure that their cell phone number or email address captured on the SAP CRM system are complete, accurate and up to date. 17. All commercial customers must take note that the prize/s will be awarded to the natural person referred to in clause 3 above, and that the prize will not be awarded to any legal entity. It is therefore each commercial customer's obligation to ensure that the correct natural person's (who represents such commercial / legal entity) details are recorded on the SAP CRM 7 system. 18.  Promoters reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel this rewards programme, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason reasonably deemed necessary. 19. Customers are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the rewards programme. 20. Liquor is not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Promoters support responsible drinking. Liquor will be sold on Sundays in Gauteng & PE only during specified hours that can be confirmed with each store. Prices include 14% VAT and bottle deposits.
