 1. This rewards programme is organised by “Makro” which refers to Masstores (Pty) Limited, trading as Makro SA (registration number: 1991/006805/07) and SAB Miller. 2. The rewards programme commences on 1 March 2011 and ends on 31 May 2011. (being the earliest and the latest dates for purchases that will be converted into points in the rewards programme respectively) 3. All Makro customers are eligible to take part in the rewards programme provided that – • They are over the age of 18; • they are citizens of South Africa; • their complete, accurate and up to date email address or cell phone number is captured on the Makro SAP Customer Relationship Management system ("SAP CRM system"); 4. Entry into the rewards programme is automatic, using the customer details and actual purchasing data on the SAP CRM system. 5. Customers will receive rewards when they purchase a case of any of the following brands: Castle Lite, Brutal Fruit, Castle Lager or Hansa Pilsener in 340ml & 275ml bottles or 330ml cans. 10 rewards will be earned for every one case purchased. 6. Only customers who have earned 50 rewards or more qualify to place an order during the redeeming period. A maximum of 150 rewards per customer is permitted. 7. Rewards earned on one brand may not be redeemed against another. 8. Prize details for rewards redeemed: i. Castle Light prizes include a Castle Lite Metallic Finish ice bucket for 50 rewards earned, a Castle Light 4 x 500ml glassware for 100 rewards earned, a Castle Light 2- in- 1 Cooler chair for 150 rewards earned. ii. Brutal Fruit prizes include a pair of Brutal Fruit sunglasses & make up bag for 50 rewards earned, a Brutal Fruit stylish beach bag for 100 rewards earned, a Brutal Fruit 1m x 1.8m Beach Towel for 150 rewards earned. iii. Castle Lager prizes include a Castle Lager Springbok cap & scarf set for 50 rewards earned, a Castle Lager tog bag (90cm x 28cm x 31cm) for 100 rewards earned, a set of Castle Lager 6 x 300ml glassware for 150 rewards earned. iv. Hansa Pilsener prizes include a Hansa genuine leather wallet for 50 rewards earned, a Hansa tog bag (63cm x 29cm x 31cm) for 100 rewards earned, a Hansa Pilsener camping chair and carry bag for 150 rewards earned. 9. The accumulated points will be communicated via email or sms. 10. Only customers who place an order will receive their chosen prizes. 11. Orders after the redeeming period has closed will not be honoured – no late orders will be accepted. 12. Prizes will only be available at the end of the promotion. 13. The prizes must be collected from your nominated Makro store, within 60 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prizes being forfeited and sent back to the supplier. 14. The prizes are not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item. 15. Unless we state a specific limitation, Makro will attempt to have sufficient advertised prizes available to meet consumers’ anticipated demands. If we still run out of prizes, we will attempt to obtain the stock or we will offer you a reasonable alternative. 16. Purchasing data will be based on the net purchases of full cases, after returns have been deducted. 17. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their cell phone number or email address captured on the SAP CRM system are complete, accurate and up to date. 18. Makro reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the Rewards programme, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Makro reasonably deems necessary. 19. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this programme. 20. Liquor is not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Makro supports responsible drinking. Liquor will be sold on Sundays in Gauteng & PE only during specified hours that can be confirmed with your store. Prices include 14% VAT and bottle deposits.
