Horrible
I purchased my washing machine from you mid April 2025 now a few weeks back and it is leaking water and not spinning the washing load sufficiently. Please can you advise the steps I should take, can I get a refund? It is brand new, and I am not happy at all with it.

Small But Does The job
I bought the machine last week and so far I am happy. The drum is a bit small for a family but it gets the job done. I highly recommend removing the transit bolts before use to avoid the noise when spinning. It runs smoothly and effectively. In love with my machine

Small but satisfactory.
Very small, so not ideal for a family. But should be fine for single person, it jumps around violently so beware of that. My review is not a true reflection of the capability of the machine as I have just purchased it, I will update in 2 months after spending some time with it. But so far I'm happy with the machine.

Dodgy machine
13 min wash cycle adds no water. As do many of the other wash cycles. In fact, only the 36min wash cycle adds water and spins. The rest are dry.
