Poor quality

Poor suction.
The Pipes are flimsy and don't fit snug into each other getting loose and bending while vacuuming.
It didn't meet my expectations, what a disappointment.

The suction power on the vacuum cleaner is good.

I bought this vacuum cleaner 2 weeks are go at makro riversands from this guy Thabiso is a good sales person and he knows his product very well. If you looking for a good vacuum cleaner I would say go for benneth read tough 15, With this product you will be happy.

Disappointed.. what happened Bennett Read??

First one lasted me 8 years. In the past year and half bought 3 and all 3 of them had burned out motors! Will never buy this brand again!

Breaks after a year

When the one year warranty expired, the vacuums motor apparently failed. R750 to repair with only a three month gaurantee . Thought it was supposed to be tough. Only use it for household. Bought several Bennet Read products after that and I am to scared to recommend this brand to any one.

Hardy and handy

This simple, box like vacuum cleaner is fabulous, does an excellent job and is so easy to clean.No fancy filters to replace and can be used on wet or dry surfaces and seems pretty indestructible. I bought mine based on my daughter's recommendation and experience of some 3 years.
