    Unsolicited home decor

    I bought this machine on the 4th of November. I tried to use it on the day it got delivered and it was leaking. It’s the 28tb of November and I still haven’t been contacted back about getting it exchanged and refunded. I have a useless machine taking up space in my apartment and the only emails I’m getting are “we have escalated this” at this point, I’m expecting God Himself to contact me because surely it’s reached Heaven by now.

    Works well

    It works well and very convinient if you have a smaller space. I had to pour water because my the inlet doesnt fit onto the tap but that will be sorted when i get an adaptor.

    Machine Faulty on Delivery

    The machine was delivered and it's faulty. I have had no joy with getting the machine collected and my money refunded. The call center just keeps you on the line and no response on email. So I sit with a Faulty washing machine.

    Waste of Money ?

    This washing machine is the worst thing one could buy. I bought it in August and it was delivered in September. I only used it twice then it started leaking. I reported it and a Defy Technician came to fix it twice but I'm still stuck with a leaking machine that's not working. I requested to have the machine exchanged or my money refunded since repairing it is a problem but I haven't succeeded in that.
