    How it Works
    • Paracetamol works by inhibiting the action of an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX), which is responsible for the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are involved in the transmission of pain signals to the brain. By inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, paracetamol reduces the intensity of pain signals reaching the brain, thereby providing relief from pain.
