I love this machine. Double filter & it really collects fluff. Washes very cleanly & very fast to wash & clothes are spun well without creases. Note that when we first connected the machine it never drain, we did not realise that there was a internal plastic stopper in the drain connection fitting. Once we removed it, machine drained

Disappointing product
After so much hassle, it is quite disappointing that the washing machine is not working. It is too noisy, and has a very funny sound while washing… it sounds like a friction between copper and it is not spinning at all and it just wastes a lot of water.
