    Good quality MCC at a reasonable price. From a sugar quantity perspective, the wine is dry, with a fine mousse. The palate includes crisp green apples, pears, hints of brioche and some gentle minerality. It's middling to higher on the acidity scale with a middling body as well - overall, a great purchase.
