    Not helpfull advise to query.

    Delivery great, when ball did not inflate to 65cm, the response to my query whether I could just inflate it more, was send vthe ball back. Not very helpfull if the next ball also was hard before it reached 65cm. I took the risk and inflated it to 65cm and it was fine. Take more time to read the query, don't just have a blanket response of "Return the object".
