INGREDIENTS:

1 l Milk, 250 g Carte d’or Chocolate Mousse, 250 g Carte d’or White Chocolate Mousse, 20 g Good instant coffee (Jacobs)
RECIPE:
MOUSSE:
Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, both chocolate mousse mixes and coffee.
Using an electric whisk, whisk for 1 min on low speed then on high speed for 3 min, set aside in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
TO ASSEMBLE:
Pipe into mini coffee/espresso cups.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings or a dollop of whipped cream.
