Waterside Chardonnay White Wine  (Pack of 6 x 750 ml)

Franschhoek Cellar - Waterside Unoaked Chardonnay - 6 x 750ml Selection of Chardonnay vineyards planted on rich limestone soil in the Robertson area and dry lands vineyards on deep red soils in Groenekloof. Hand selected and hand harvested in the cool morning hours during the first and second week in February 2015. The Chardonnay was destalked, gently crushed and pressed immediately. The juice was settled overnight and then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation between 14 degrees and 16 degree Celsius. After fermentation, the various portions of Chardonnay�s were blended together.
