Not bad at all ,the pieces are very small.,but I use these mainly for soup and added to stews ,,So for my purpose they are perfect and I spice them to my own taste for whatever I am making ,, I just repack into smaller more convenient airtight packets and sort out the slightly bigger bits for stir fry no problem ,,the price is very economical and suits my ever diminishing budget just fine

The pieces are very small ,but for my purposes [mainly to add to soup] this is perfect as I normally break the cakes up anyway. I spllit up into small manageable packs and separate the not so small pieces to use for stirfry ,the taste is fine and for my ever diminishing budget ,thanks to Eskom and petrol ,, I have to cut grocery costs ,so this budget bulk pack suits me very well

The taste and texture is quite good, but most of the pieces are too small. You hardly need chopsticks or forks. Most of the time you just need a spoon to eat this ................................................................................................
