Baby Soft 2 ply toilet paper
The texture of this brand toilet paper is inconsistent. I have noticed that the pack I bought before this one was softer, this pack is rough. I also noticed even with the 9 and 18 pack that the same problem continues no matter the retailer that you buy from. Baby Soft needs some improvement.
