This one I love to  drink by itself cold on ice has a rough taste to it so you sip on it... it can also be expensive depending on the size bottle ... no need to improve on this one leave it as it is... very satisfying. Definitely buy again. 

Wow this Bacardi Ocho rum is just delicious, I drank it over lots of Ice and the flavours are amazing. I enjoyed making some Old Cuban cocktails over Christmas and they were so good. This really is a special rum!

I've long been a fan of Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum - but trying their dark Bacardi Reserva 8 Year Old Rum has been a game changer for me. Why did I never try this before??! It's so mellow & has a wonderful depth of flavour - smokiness akin to a good malt whisky. Fantastic over ice - so full bodied and rich - it's not sweet but the hint of caramel rounds the taste off beautifully for me. It's also amazing in an Old Cuban cocktail that I had to try to make sure it worked for Christmas Day.......

Bright amber color. Aromas of baked bananas, fig, vanilla that follow through on a round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tobacco leaf, cedar, cola nut, and wood notes. Finishes with a lively, toasty praline and spice. Nice as a sipper but priced moderately enough to mix in a cocktail, I suggest a rum old fashioned.

I use this when I make homemade baileys and it’s very smooth and tastes good when mixed in.

Rum is our alcohol of choice and this bacardi rum is our choice! we love the way it tastes. its smooth and sweet and we sometimes use mixers and sometimes drink it straight and its delicious either way

A delicious treat - enjoyable with coke for a lovely warming long smooth drink - a perfect Christmas or new year treat or just because it’s the weekend! High quality in a nice bottle - a taste delight - a perfect rum for me!

Bacardi is my rum of choice. It is smooth, tastes great and price point is perfect.

I love the Bicardi 8 Rum. I love both the dark and white rums. it is good by itself or mixed for a cocktail. I definitely keep Rum in the house.

First off the bottle and design if really smart and it looks brilliant. We searched online for some cocktail recipes and have since made several and we absolutely love it. Will definitely be getting plenty more of this in the summer.
