Door locks and jams every now and then, it washes the clothes clean I guess because an hour cycle will definitely end up being 1hour 20 min. Honestly Bennett Read has the worst after sale service. PLEASE DON'T BE LIKE ME

Maximum spin speed is 1200rpm not 1400rpm as advertised. Otherwise it works as it should

The Machines is under priced for functions it comes with,my experience is you pay less and get more value.

I am so happy with this purchase. Not only water and energy saving, but it comes with so many features including the steam function. So far very happy. Also bought the 8kg Condensor Dryer and all I can say i Wow. Very well done Bennett Read.
