I'm not happy with these buckets. I bought 2 of them, and immediately, when I plugged them, the earth leakage tripped. There's something wrong with their connections.

Works like a charm, takes 45 to 60min to really boil in winter (Jozi), and about 30 to 40min to boil in summer (Jozi).

Electricity consumption: 1.5units per usage (summer estimate), and 2.2 units in winter

If the element is not fully submerged in the water when you use the urn, say bye bye to your Urn.

Note: plastic loosens up when heated, so make it a habit to close the bucket with the lid (tight) when you pick it up, or you'll damage the handles very quickly.

Its working well been 5 months with it now but need to be careful and not let the water boil or else bucket damaged .
