VERY GOOD QUALITY
This kettle was built very well and its sooo stylish with clean lines. The different temperature settings are useful as different drinks require different temperatures so no need to wait for the water to cool down to make your beverage! absolutely love it

Unreliable
Loved this kettle and had high hopes, this kettle has a beautiful design and worked very well for the first 18 months. During lockdown this kettle started giving issues with turning on. The price to repair this kettle was just ridiculous and decided to shelf it rather. I would not recommend this kettle as Bosch did not bother getting back to me.

Very bad base
The base after 6months its starts disconnect and beeps_x000D_
and after 2 years base noot working any more, closing cap on the top by pressing a button is not openning some times, cleaning didnt help. Very bad product avoid!
