The vacuum head attachment broke off after only a few uses. Im not surprised considering it is only held on by 2 thin pieces of plastic.

I have now had this vacuum for a few months. It had to go in to be repaired once cause it lost suction. Now the hose is detaching from connection the filter flies out as the cheap plastic closing mechanism cracked and as of today the top handle can't be used cause the cheap plastic clips have snapped. This would all be ok if I was rough with it but I am not at all. Would not recommend this vacuum

Very good device for cleaning and vacuuming

As a vacuum cleaner - this vacuum is definitely rated 5 stars. Easy to use, easy to clean with the ultimate suction power. Only shortfall is the spraying action to use as a carpet/upholstery cleaner - does not spray well, appears to get 'clogged'. But I will still re-buy if necessary! Love my vacuum cleaner with water filter!

It's a good product

Great machine.powerful suction and easy to use. The only negative is the floor brush is terrible it doesn't sit flat on floor so doesn't suction effectively, it feels badly designed and is very ineffective on carpets.The other brushes are fantastic 1/9 isnt too bad

It stopped working after 1 year and a half like all of my friends that bought this model, the motor is not good and it broke
