Easy but also difficult
I have yet to figure out how to make the margins on the labels smaller. At the current time margins are so large. They waste a lot of the tape, which of course is expensive. I’m sure I’ll figure it out but why should it be so difficult?

Ok, but expensive tapes.
The label printer is what you'd expect for that price, however my main complaint is how expensive the replacement tapes are. New tapes are more expensive that what I paid for the device!

Just what I needed!
I purchased this label maker to create labels for notebook dividers in support of a project I am working on. Also, just to organize my life. I love the vertical print function on this label maker. I feel Las though I am creating a professional product, and am more organized.

Hard to Read
This label maker is easy to use and self explanatory. However, since there is no backlight it is extremely hard to read the screen and to verify content, size, font, etc. I would look for one that has a back light. I contacted customer service but there is no way to enhance the viewing
