Great little black and white printer. It is very easy to set up and good value for money.

So far it prints fine but the quality isn't great and the paper gets a bit misshapen in the process. It also produces a rather alarming amount of steam when it first gets going but once you get used to that it's fine. Nice compact size.

Bought this printer on special for R1699 yesterday. Installed today. unpacked, followed pictures and plugged USB cable into Windows 10 and it did everything on its own - no need to install crapware to get printer drivers working like some other printer brands._x000D_

Wireless setup required a software download / install (as i don't have a DVD drive for the disc provided). Install / configure took 2 minutes and is trivial - just need to know your wifi name/password_x000D_

I wanted a basic printer to print black that was economical to run..... so far so good, am happy

A great little printer for a home office! I had a little trouble setting it up until I connected it via a printer USB cable to my laptop, which I would definitely recommend if you have one, as I believe there were firewalls with my router that wouldn't allow it to connect to the network stand alone. Once you have connected it that first time, you can move it where ever you like, and operate it through wifi as when you turn it on again it will reconnect. Really happy with my purchase!
