A great machine for a small business needing a reliable printer/copier/scanner - cost effective and efficient!

This was an upgrade from an inkjet all in one printer and it was well worth it._x000D_
The quality and speed of the prints are excellent. The machine is very quiet too._x000D_
No down-sides at all. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT BUT THIS PIECE OF CRAP. IMPOSSIBLE TO WiFi CONNECT. ERORS, ERRORS, ERRORS. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME (TIME TIME TIME, FRUSTRATION)

This printer is our second, we worked our other one to death, it never failed, just requiring new cartridges from time to time. We decided it was time to renew, like for like, we will also have our old one refurbished before we donate it to a worthy cause. Couldn't be without our Brother.

got this yesturday and it is shadowing ghosting. have tried two laser papers and tried both trays. not many printer settings available but have tried them all, and both trays. its the toner that came with it and the quality is not what i expected from a printer of this price point, colours are not crisp and not consistent, even in a small area. On large areas of colour there is streaking.

Had this product for just t a year. Very recommendable. I just wish you could do multiple double side pages of a different size on the adf.

good print quality, but very slow, especially when duplexing.

I purchased this printer to replace my failing dell 3115 and will say its a good replacement, possible a tad slower at printing and faster at scanning so in my mind its on par, it does duplex printing off the bat whis my dell i had to purchase the duplexer to do. About time they removed the fax from new machines as im sure its no longer used and maybe extra features could be added or even cost reduced. Only time will tell if its as good a workhorse as the dell but at moment its looking good.
