Took two weeks and a phone call to initially ship the order. Then they just ignore the fact that I told them I am away for the week and they should call to make arrangements for the delivery. To top it off they then show the order as delviered and I have to call and follow up again to get it delviered. Hope you didn't expect a 5-star rating for this!
