I bought it for my mom since she has bad arthritis in her shoulder and hands, and with difficulties to open regular bottle water or lift heavy objects. If someone help her put the 25l bottle on, the machine from time to time, the rest is easy for her.

Well-made unit, quiet and keeps the water both hot and cold all the timer. Very helpful for home, works well with Elegance filter bottle.
