Two bottles were missing from the crate. It took Makro almost 2 weeks to respond to my query. First it was we will investigate and then I was refunded with a whopping R 8,88, which is less than the cost of the 2 bottles. Makro could not even calculate that 2 bottles cost R12,87.

Good price compared to 1.5L non-recyclable coke bottles available in other stores. Also a great way to help the environment while saving money - the deposit (just under R50) can be claimed back when you return the bottles. Noticed that the Coca Cola is a bit flatter than usual. The bottles are also scratched and a bit dirty on the outside but they are recycled / reused so it is expected.

Ordered online but noticed similar in store that often the cases is sticky - when a can bursts and the liquid spills on many other cases. Was the case with the delivery in this case. One of the cans had burst out of the case.

I am so disappointed with Coca Cola. Most of the bottles so far didn't even taste like Coke, they all had this weird taste. I always have to open a bottle first to taste if I have to throw it away. I have never been more disappointed with Coca Cola then now. Money wasted!

No damages, all there, and delivery was within 3-5 days
