The item took longer than the expected delivery date. The manual offers little/poor instructions. Part of the assembly was broken.

So I ordered 2 of these fans. Delivery was quicker than expected. However, once i tried to assemble the fans, the instructions are not very clear and vague. I eventually managed to get the first unit assembled, only to find that the second unit had parts missing. The manual says to attach the stem with for screws, but there are no screws, it actually uses a large plastic nut to fasten the stem to the base. Now the second unit had 2 cover plates and no plastic nut ?!? Now i have to wait a week...

Best one. No complain Quality is fine and and price is affordable

Product is plastic and can’t be put together as the instructions are not clear on the manual. The two frames can’t be clipped together as instructed. Currently using a fan with a loose frame, I have asked everyone who enters my house to give it a shot but clearly the problem was done by the manufacturer. Would not recommend this product

This fan came with missing parts, right now it is wobbling on the stand and the motor keeps dropping, no screws. Assembling it was a nightmare-no manual. Definitely not worth the price.
