We love how hot these cups keep our tea in the morning. It stays hot for hours. The lid is great for preventing spills or leaks, but it is even better for cleaning. Just pop open the mechanism and you can thoroughly clean all of the inner lid workings - no more yucky scum hanging out in the lid!

Love Contaigo mugs. Everything, including the ice stays cold and the coffee still has the warm smell hours later. Our home has several oof the original caps. Curious how long this newer style will last since the drinking portion has a required push on the side and the better ability to clean the underside of the lid might be great...but perhaps the lid wears out sooner than the ones our home has used and given for years.
