Oil paint is getting expensive and its nice to see an assortment like this that is affordable. Great selection of colors and paint is great quality. I wish there was a little more paint in each tube but its definitely enough to keep you painting for awhile. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Love this set! Wonderful size for travel, or a small project! The colors are bright..it goes on smoothly- mixes well.

I use this on paper to practice technique, since I am fairly novice. The paint lacks the odor a lot of expensive paint has, telling me it's a bit more "chemically produced," if that makes sense. The darks are not firm enough to use for a Bob Ross or other wet-on-wet styles, but the lights work fine for highlighting. You also won't get the color to stick well if you coat the canvas with a medium first. The tubes are a bit small, so don't expect to get more than two or three paintings...

I like this product it works as it's supposed to. What I found odd was that there was a small amount of clear oil in the tray it came in. The paint was not leaking so I'm not sure where this came from.

A two-star rating is generous. These oil paints, while I did not have high hopes let me down. They're much too thin, they don't have enough pigment and the colors are dull. I would not recommend these as even a cheap option, save your money. I wouldn't pay more than two dollars to get these again and probably would decline them even if they were free.

It works fine for a beginner like me, but it doesn't contain a rose red so you can't mix purple. Also a zinc white for mixing is a nice addition because this only includes titanium white.

I should have known better. What good can from a set of 12 oil paint tubes that cost $6 ? Absolutely nothing . The paint wet or dry gets all gummed up. Impossible to work with , even to just mess about, have fun, or learn. Worried over safety of paint as well, my lungs hurt .
Do yourself a favor. Save up and buy eithèr Liquitex or Winson
