Huge hassle!!!
The tumbler keeps giving an error and does not want to spin. Regardless of the amount of washing or weather the balance is accurate. It just does not want to work. Please ensure to contact DEFY and Makro immediately when you see this happens!!!

Broke within a week
This machine broke within a week and I am still battling to return it despite various calls to the callcenter. It has been 3 weeks and I am told there is a backlog on returns to Defy ( not my problem but Makro’s issue to deal with Defy). Very frustrated at the product and the lack of service from Makro.
