I bought this washing Machine i have used it twice first time it went well and i thought wow amazing. The 2nd time i used it it was making a noise and doesnt stop washing i spent almost 4 hours on one wash dont know what the problem is havent used it since

I bought this washing machine after using Samsung for 14 years. The washing machine cannot even spin two jeans as it jerk off and make a noise like the drum is breaking. Then it washes the laundry twice and rise it twice. The washing machine is very noisy when spinning the laundry after 5 to 8 attempts. This is one of the poor Defy product sold by Makro. If I knew I could have bought a Samsung washing machine and stayed away from this rubbish product.

Top loader 14kg works wonders so far best product.
