Bought this from Strubensvalley early March. Started leaking and reported to Makro. Still to get the machine replaced, been hand washing for 2 weeks now. Rubbish product

The washing machine is working and the manual on the machine made it very easy to understand how all the parts work out on the machine.
Makro did a great job communicating with me in terms of the delivery and the process with the courier company, i am very pleased

I've been struggling with this machine since day 1. When I was testing it I found out that it's leaking and makro told defy. The defy person checked it out and said he will come back to replace the tub. 1 year later, still waiting for the tub to be replaced. Machine stopped working with spina they came and fixed it, few weeks later the spinner stop working again. Makro is great but Defy is a headache
