The fridge itself seem fine but the legs of the fridge refuse to unscrew so it is currently very uneven.

The fridge came in perfect condition and the company the delivered was really good. Communication throughout the entire process was sufficient and I knew what was going on at all times. The fridge is really nice, it's perfect for one or two people and looks more expensive than it is. Its my first time buying my own fridge and I'm happy with the investment. I'd recommend it for younger people, like students.

Bought this fridge in 2020 from Makro Cape Gate and had nothing but endless problems. After 2 months the gas ran out and had to be refilled. The freezer draws are made of plastic and the freezer over freezes causing the draws to become stuck inside the fridge. If you pull on the draws hard to remove them, they break. HiSense after sales service is of no use aswell. Also, the fridge must be defrosted every month for it to work properly. Spend your money on a better product.

Makro did a wonderful job with adminitrating the purchase and deliver. Ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday.

Now, this Defy Fridge sounds not so good. Theres a sound it makes thats not perfect.

The fridge gets the job done. It is a medium sized kinda fridge. The size is perfect for a single person or couple. It isn't loud at all. I haven't used the water dispenser yet, but everything look intact.

I was very happy with the quick delivery. I bought the fridge online on Monday and had it delivered on Tuesday. I had thought I'd wait 2 days at least. I was very impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was.

The fridge is good i like it does not make a noise looked slim but inside the space is big i ordered it on Saturday 13 but on Monday 15 18:38 was delivered makro polokwane never dissapoint me i think is the fifth time shopping online all orders doesn't take 3 days or more thank you
