Horrible product

I bought this fridge a month ago and it's the worst purchase I ever experienced.
it makes very loud noise- vibrates and can go on for a good 1h30 min, then goes quiet. even at night!
Defy technicians told me to get use to the noise because it is normal !!!!!!!

Poor Quality

I bought this fridge online and I've had it for almost 2 weeks now. From day 1 it's making an abnormally high humming sound and there's a vibration coming from inside of fridge. The fridge I received also has pools of water forming in the water dispenser box, the fruit & veg compartment and some of the containers (with food) I've stored inside the fridge. How?? There are also blankets of ice on the lids of the trays in the freezer.

Defy Frost Free Fridge review

I bought this fridge online. It was not delivered on the date agreed. It was delivered on Sunday 29th Sep 2024 (very late) after numerous calls to the shop, with my food being spoiled. On the 2nd Oct 2024, the top door does not seal properly. I have wasted my money on this product and now sent from pillar to post to get this to work. It's not even a week with the fridge in my care. Functional but not the value for money

The fridge looks nice and is somewhat functional but perhaps Defy is losing the plot nowadays. It’s just not the same old Defy. I’ve had this fridge for a little over 2 weeks and the rubbers on both the doors are getting loose. In 6 months, in a year, in 3 years? I can’t help but stress.
If you’re looking to buy this fridge, when you set the temperature start from 1 and increase it to your liking because I followed the manual and the Frost I have in the freezer is wild.

I bought this fridge last month ever since it came there was water coming out inside, I reported at Makro and they sent a guy from Defy to check it boom the water drainage was blocked from the store, I was hoping for a replacement because the fridge is still new but he had to poke and poke until it opens up.
