The worst experience, do not buy!
Bought it a month ago, the worst!!! Fridge is over freezing and no one cares to help after they sent the Defy assessor and was promised an exchange from Defy. That’s not even a guarantee and now we can’t get hold of both Defy people and Makro no one is picking up or returning calls on both.

Grey film - peeling off?
It seems the film on the fridge is “peeling off”? Doesn’t look good at all, staring to look very shabby. Mechanically sound though.

love this fridge it's so stylish and works great.
I love My Defy Fridge. I bought it for my mom it's spacious and beautifully arranged to fit everything she needs in the fridge and freezer. I love that it's so quiet. It works really well and the stainless steel design is so modern and posh.

there was a problem with the fridge from day 1, warming up after every 2 hours and nothing has been done to replace or refund the purchase.
