The fridge itself is good, though my review is based on the one I had to purchase from Hirchs after returning this one. It came damaged and after taking a week to collect it Makro refused to replace it saying there was no stock, even though their website showed availability. I am still waiting one month for a refund that was supposed to be done in 3 days. Makro online is incredibly inefficient.

I bought this fridge yesterday. Firstly the site says discount when using the app but does not clearly indicate which app. Apparently they have 2 or even more. Customer care said there's nothing they can do. The fridge/freezer got delivered quickly. When opened it has 3 dents. 2 very visible dents on the fridge and 1 on the freezer. And shockingly it's louder than my 20 year old fridge. _x000D_

I bought this fridge in 2021 November, it's been freezing bottom and top,I complained 4 times and the problem still the same. Everything is iced at top. I see others are happy with the product. But myself I'm not happy at all.
I would really love if they change.
