Freezers tray size are not accurate
The trays in the deep freezer are not the actual size and everytime i move them they fall in the freezer.

Good freezer
Very happy with the size and it freezes well. However the side walls of the freezer are slightly bowed out, which means that if you move any of the suspended trays to the middle they fall down into the freezer. This doesnt seem to affect any other functionality (it still seems to seal properly) but seems like some kind of small manufacturing defect or transport damage.

Useless costly purchase
Had for literally 7days, has never worked as a freezer, just a huge piece of junk that Makro still doesn't want to resolve to date despite endless calls and emails that are to date ignored. Still waiting for exchange on this unit. Highly disappointed that I lost R5000 meat in the process, and still no freezer and no resolution. Don't buy this product
