Love this little machine and yes she is smaller than her predecessor. Wish she had another program between the 30 minute and the 2.5 hour programs for general washing but am more than happy with her. She might be too small for a family but for one or two people she more than steps up

Do not buy thisproduct.We previously had the same machine,older model.We didn't hesitate to take the same make.But what a mistake we made!IT WASHED CLEAN BUT WHEN IT STARTS SPINNING IT WOBBLES AND WOBBLES WITHTERRIBLE NOISES!I do not want this machine at all.Washing days became dreadful.It is only the second time of washing.This is a piece of rubbish.Do not fa in the trap of buying this!

Too small, it looks like a toy. It shakes and moves when spin drying.

The machine was 3 days old and a leg broke off...Makro didnt take responsibility and pushed the buck to Defy...unacceptable!

A smalll neat compact machine that does what it's supposed to do. The cycles are quite long but I use the Micro cycle which is the economy cycle and only 30 mins long. The spin cycle is especially effective. I manager to get a single bed duvet in with no problem, and it takes a whole washing basket of clothes at one time.
