So far so good, the washing really does well though I was expecting more feature such as a sound when the washing is done and an indicator showing the remaining time for the load to be completed. Overall, it does a perfect job.

This washing machine is great. Bought it despite the negative reviews but I am enjoying it and it works perfectly.

I regret buying this washing machine; it is very small. Another issue is that when you wash too large a load, it sometimes fails to complete the washing cycle, I have to restart the whole cycle. Additionally, when you only want to spin and drain, not all the water gets drained. I am currently assessing it, and if these issues persist, I will have no choice but to return it for an exchang

Works very well but takes quite some time to wash.

After installing the unit , leveling off etc. , it was found that the machine vibrates and dances all over during the spin cycle . Never in all my years as a electrician have i seen such a thing , especially from a DEFY product .

Perfect machine for a single person or small family. Only problem is that it does not have a timer for you to see how long the washing will take. Other than that is saves a lot of water and is a great price!

I'm happy with the washing machine, it does a good job. However it is problematic that a tool for removing transportation bolts is not included as part of the package.
