The product was delivered the following day which was super GREAT, the machine was leaking water??Managed to get the travelling bolts out as advised before use but the machine still makes a lot of noise and shakes alot when spinning. Besides that, a beautiful product.

Quick and efficient. I received the washing machine in less than 48 hours. The delivery guys were patient and very friendly as I was not home when they delivered. They waited for a few minutes. I would definitely buy online again. Highly recommend Makro. Love my new machine, works perfectly :-)

Inconvinient
The most terrible thing about this washing machine is that it does not tell you how long each washing option will take. You will only know by manualy setting a timer on your phone or other device to track how long the wash took.
Most of them take forvere. There is no way of anticipating how long it will take you to do the laundry as it has no time reflector.

Model about 4 years old the new one is wonderful small
