Good washing machine but takes way too long and the manual is not really helpful with the settings

Hi i am very disappointed i have the washing machine for a week only and only used it twice but when its on rinse and soin the machines vibrations is horrible and junos around, i have called in and complained and was informed the technician will come out to checm and repair i do not want a new machine to be repaired i want a completely new machine to be replace

The only thing that I don’t like about the machine is that it doesn’t have a display screen. So far so good, I’ve only used the Machine once ever since I bought it, it’s portable, and doesn’t make lots of noise, it fits well in my kitchen and it’s not heavy. When I bought it I asked for it to be installed for me and the guys just dropped off and left.

It is really small, very small inside. But the BIG issue is the time of a wash. The shortest wash you can do is 90 minutes. A normal wash takes 3 hours. Yes, 3 hours for one load. I used to be able to do 3 loads of washing at night, now I do 1. It is noisy and clanky. Not a good product, I would avoid this at all cost. I love Defy and have had many of their products over the years, but this was a big big mistake. Buy any other brand and step simple walk past this.

I'm really happy with my purchase. I could not wait to do laundry.

Removing the traveling bolts was a bit of a hassle but the machine is not noisy and it washes really well, including stubborn whites.

The delivery came the day after I ordered, which was really quick. Ordering online was really efficient for me and it was a smooth process. Overall, really happy with the purchase!

Not alerts when cycles if finishes. You have to keep checking to see if it's done. Have to keep listening until it goes very quiet. _x000D_
