This is best product, I don't have any problem. I bought it Friday and 2days later it was delivered. I'm busy with my laundry and I don't have problem and my husband took out something preventing the jumping of the machine. I made the right choice with Defy, best brand ever.

Washing machine doesn’t sing when it’s done and has no screen to display time left even with that, I am happy with my purchase

The machine was delivered a day after I ordered! Super great service from Makro! It’s pretty easy to use and not too loud. The washing cycles are rather long though -180 minutes and because it doesn’t show time you won’t know how much time is left on a cycle. There is a 30 minute cycle, so at least that helps.

I didn’t know how to set up the machine when I got it and Makro sent someone to help me. Love the customer service!

It doesn’t show time, the instructions don’t really say how to use it. Just keep pressing wash but it does the job. I tried to read the manual and it doesn’t give an indication of type but it does state the type of clothing that works for each function. Lots of functions without understanding.

I love the machine. I just find that the rinsing water level is low therefore the clothes have white stains on them. Washing water levels are fine though.

I was happy to receive this after months of hand washing. It works great and im happy with it. The transportation bolts were a nightmare to remove especially during loadshedding in the dark

This is what i get for the price i paid for. Not a bad nor the best machine to use. I removed the transportation locks but it still does make noise. Also it doesnt have a timer to show how much more time is left.
