Great product, machine works well and was delivered smoothly. However, I wish Defy offered the service of connecting the machine for you if needed.

Good quality product but have a spanner closeby to loosen the bolts at the back

Does not rinse and need to rinse load 3 times to get washing clean. Really a bad buy from my side and very unhappy with this washingachine :(

The machine was delivered in great condition. Works good, just use the "mini wash" option if you're in a hurry.

Manual is not user friendly, it is so frustrating as I thought it was automatic, it is not automatic and your manual does not really help

This machine is still under guarantee. The start button does not work properly.
It often doesn’t turn on at all.

They delivered so fast, I wasn’t expecting it for some days and they keep you updated with SMS’s.. so I am very happy thank. The machine is great I love it
