I already have another machine from Defy which i am very happy with, it's the 7kg front loader.

When I bought this one online I thought I was buying the same machine but this one is too small. Immediately after plugging it in, I realized that I bought the wrong machine and contacted makro.

Again, the problem started with delays when trying to do a return. The poor rating is actually not for thr machine but rather for makro online.

Very good model worth the price my dad loves the machine and wants to wash everyday

The machine is great. It doesn’t show the time when it would be done washing and it’s a bit old school.

Great value but most of the cycles take so much longer than our previous machine

The rubber on one of the legs does not tighten as a result the level of the machine cannot be determined. It just unscrews completely as the machine spins. I have only been able to use the machine once and now have to replace the leg or call in someone from makro or defy to sort it out
