Bought Defy fridge 3 years ago and it's already faulty (gas leak). Was in for repairs with Defy for almost a month. Got it back today and it's still not working

The fridge & freezer seems to work great but the water dispenser has a very slow drip, even when there is very little to no water in the tank.

Would recommend it very good product a big thank you to Tshegofasto and Tshepo from Makro centurion they turned my online shopping night mare to a joyful purchase

The firdge makes a big noise - really not happy and Makro has doen nohting to resolve this - the first fridge had a misalignment of the doors - the defy technician came on site an send it was a faactory default and it needs to be replaced - the replacement arrived on 31 Jan 24 and i have mailed on the 3 Mar saying that this fridge was even worse - makes a tractor sound and it seems to have been tampered with - no response to date
