Life made easy
Well, so far so good. I had few challenges 1st day but that was all on me and now I know how to operate the machine. Although it makes noise when spinning, it’s not hectic at all. 🥳

This works really well - no noise if you just remove the transportation locks

Cheap and it shows
Extremely noisy. So noisy in fact that I have to leave the house when I do a wash. If you can I would recommend spending a bit more money on a better quality machine. You get what you pay for.

Works but is extremely noisy
This product looks nice but is extremely noisy. It makes a loud squealing sound when spinning and a smooth grinding sound at other times sounds like a jet. I had defy look at this and they told me it was normal. I wont buy a defy washing machine again and it will make me reconsider buying from any other product line they have.

Bad Quality
I am so disappointed with this product it was my first time using it I had to switch it off because it was jumping and scratching the floor it broke my tiles it’s like a jet makes a loud noise come take your thing

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Surpassed all my expectations. Beautiful design. Clothes are washed properly. Hardly makes any noise while washing and spinning. Clothes are so clean and very close to dry when they are removed from washing machine. Worth every penny spent to purchase this product
