Sounds like it is taking off into space when spinning. Other than that, it washes well and very energy efficient. The machine was in excellent condition when delivered. Just struggled a bit with removing the savety bolts as there was no spanner includede.

Bought this online and no proper instruction on how to use it. The bolt remover was not part of the delivery. how on earth is one supposed to use it if the bolts are still there. If it was not for You tube or TikTok I would not even know where to begin. The service from Makro is very poor. Mind you I had to hassle to get it delivered.

Inverter boards broke after 3 years and couldn't claim because it was considered wear and tear. Repair and parts are costing +/- 5k so opted to buying a new machince instead.

I bought this 2weeks ago from Makro online. Came with no manual. Plugged in and it makes a terrible noise with bad vibrations. Logged a return call, they said they will pick on the 26th, today is the 28th,still waiting with no correspondence!

I've had this machine for about a month but out of nowhere it started leaking after a wash

A very good product and happy with my purchase. The online purchase and delivery were seamless and quick. This part is for the manufacturer, it must be stated on the priduct guide how to properly assemble and prep the maxhine before using, the brochure didnt cover important information we had to google after the machine rotated violently when drying clothes. Ee discovered tgst there were bolts tgst had to be removed before using the machine.

Perfect washing machine, what i expected and I completely recommend it..
