Returning it, it literally shakes and moves when spinning. A loud bang when it starts spinning and then it shakes, I had to hold on to it until it stopped spinning, scary moments!

Purchased the machine one week ago- and I'm truly satisfied with the item. It washes effectively and effeciently. Looks aestheic too!

I love this washing machine so much. It looks super beautiful. But I think there might be something wrong with it because when it spins it makes such a loud and it starts moving, even though we’ve tried to adjust the nuts at the bottom. I reported this and they said they would send a technician to come check it out but I’ve been been waiting. Hopefully it can be fixed.

Disappointed that the washing machine is extremely loud, vibrates excessively and requires an additional spin and drain. I am comparing this to my previous defy washing machine which was 9 years old and provided better service than the current machine which is a month old with newer technology. I adjusted the machines such that its level on the floor but it continues to disappoint. Can Makro or Defy send a technician to assess if there is a factory fault on the machine?

The service from Makro was excellent, they called to ask when I was available and my order was delivered in 2 days. The machine is worth every penny, just read the manual, make sure the machine is on a flat levelled surface and remove the transport bolts and you’ll be good to go.

We completely love this machine especially for its silent operation and very satisfied with the purchase and looking forward to a great service life as only DEFY can. Makro online and call centre team also extremely helpfull during process. Unfortunately can't same the same wrt delivery company.

Cleanest my clothes have ever been. I previously had a top loader that was over 30 years old and the new Defy is making clothes look cleaner than before. The extra spin cycle also dry my clothes enough so that they only need to be on the line for a short time.

It's the best purchase I have ever made and my washing comes out so bright and smells amazing.
